采空区顶板超长定向高位钻孔瓦斯抽采技术研究

Tectonite roof long high directional drilling gas extraction technology research

摘要: 针对成庄矿综采工作面采空区瓦斯涌出量大的问题,以千米钻机深孔钻进技术和配套装备为依托,应用试验了采空区顶板超长定向高位钻孔瓦斯抽采技术|通过研究确定采空区“三带”分布范围及瓦斯富集区,设计了合理的采空区顶板超长定向高位钻孔布置参数。试验考察结果表明,超长定向高位钻孔瓦斯抽采技术具有钻孔施工工程量小、定位好、抽采稳定、抽采率提高的优点,取得了显著抽采效果。

Abstract: In chengzhuang coal mine goaf of fully mechanized working face the problem of large gas emission, km deep hole drilling rig technology and form a complete set of equipment, application of goaf roof is test long high directional drilling gas extraction technology; By studying goaf "three zones" gas, distribution scope and design of goaf roof long high directional borehole layout parameters. Test results show that super long borehole directional high gas extraction technology has low drilling construction quantities, location is good, stable extraction, extraction rate increase, the advantages of significant extraction results have been achieved.
